Hello everyone, and welcome to a new episode of Mind Unplugged. You tuned in today for our second episode with the one and only Christopher Paolini!

During this episode, we will inquire together into his sci-fi book, To Sleep In A Sea Of Stars and dive into some of the philosophies around the universe and its role in our lives.

Christopher shares with us what the research for To Sleep In A Sea Of Stars was like for him, considering his non-mathematical/physical background and all the work he put into understanding the depths of the fundamental laws of physics to tailor such an extraordinary adventure for us.

Some other topics we discuss in this episode are whether the universe follows an independent order or does free will exist. We also converse about matter and consciousness of and in the universe, death and afterlife and how learning to find meaning in life is perhaps the greatest challenge for us as humans. In addition to all these, we still believe that you may not have had enough of us, so we carry a chat on how tools like affirmations and visualisations can be compelling for one's daily life.
